Night Walker is a Sci-fi show meant for audiences interested in crime shows and horror.  The plot is set at Blueridge hospital in Arizona where main character, 12 year old Cameron Coolidge who is a victim of child abuse, is admitted as a boy who was put into a coma by his father who had badly beaten him.  However, Cameron is not who everyone thinks he is, and at night, only the viewers will find out why.  By day, Cameron is a vegetable.  He lies in his bed hooked up to tubes and monitors which are meant to be the only means that will keep the boy alive.  There is no one to visit the boy because his father, Brad Coolidge, lost contact with the rest of the family when Cameron was only two.  Brad moved he and his son out to Arizona, a closed document state, to get back at his ex-girlfriend; Cameron’s mother.  The only family that Cameron ever knew was his father who hadn’t any compassion for the boy.  At school, Cameron was picked on by nearly everyone because of the way he looked.  All his clothes were too small and dirty because he didn’t have any means to get new ones.  People made fun of the way he dressed, and no one would sit next to him in class or at lunch because of his stench.  Even his teachers weren’t a big fan of him because he missed several days of school because his father made him stay home after a beating so that no one would see the bruises.  Cameron had a lot of anger built up inside him, and that may be the only explanation for what this comatose boy does at nightfall.   Blueridge hospital starts to experience an array of murders.  Each night, they lose another employee, patient, or even visitor.  After a forensics team follows what seems to be a dead end trail for months, they decide to install surveillance cameras in every room of the hospital.  What they find is shocking.  12 year old Cameron is caught leaving his bed, with all his tubes and ivies still hooked up, and killing the first person he encounters outside his room.  His actions are accredited to a rare form of comatose sleep walking, and with no one around to stop him, the doctor makes an executive decision to pull the plug on Cameron at the end of the season.
The show would be set up so that viewers would see regular doctor’s visits during the day, and show flash backs of Cameron’s life.  At night the viewers will witness Cameron’s actions and the disbelief and horror in the eyes of his victims.  The next day will show the reaction of the person who finds the dead body, and will also show the action of forensics workers.  That’s why viewers who take interest in forensics and horror would be very interested in Night Walker.
